Notifying Event Guests
How to contact ticket-buyers and guest for any upcoming on past event
Navigate to the guest list of your event
Locate the event in your dashboard, and select the "Guest List" button - it looks like three horizontal lines with checkboxes.
This will bring you to your live guest check-in.
Send a message to all guests
Touch the Email button on the bottom right to open the message guests window.
You can send a message to all guests simply by entering you message and clicking Send.
Use this to notify guests of location changes, date changes, or preparation instructions for your event.
Send a message to a specific tier
Click the dropdown at the top to select a specific tier
Use this to send a message to a specific showing, your wait list, or special guests.
To message guests on a different platform
Click the Download button to save a CSV of all of your guests for this event, so you can import them into a different system, like Mailchimp. Note that you have to download a specific CSV per tier.
Notes

The number of attendees here refects the ticketbuyers rather than the total number of guests, as ticketbuyers may have bought multiple tickets.
