Scan Barcodes
For a faster check-in at events, you can scan tickets from any mobile device at all events on Withfriends
If you’re an Attendee of any event, getting your ticket scanned is as simple as presenting the barcode attached to your ticket receipt when you arrive at the venue. If you’re a Member, the Organizer will now be able to recognize you and the benefits you’re due to receive. Now you can go enjoy the program!
If you’re an Organizer, the Scan Barcodes feature has been seamlessly added to our existing mobile check-in, and is included automatically with all ticket receipts. You can still look up and check-in any attendees by their name as well, if they don’t have access to their email.
Here’s everything you need to know to check in guests fast whether you have 50 or 5,000.

Results
Green means you checked someone in! You'll see the tier name too.
If the guest is a member:
It will indicate them with a badge, and if they're a new member, it'll list their pick-up gifts. Thank the guest for being a member!
If the guest has purchased multiple tickets:
Make sure to scan 1 barcode for each guest - they'll have a barcode on each page.
You're done, move on to the next ticket.
Yellow means this Withfriends ticket is invalid for this event. The message will indicate the reason: usually because it's the wrong event, the wrong showing, or the guest has already checked in.
Red indicates an invalid barcode. This is probably because of a bad reading - just try again.
