Platform Withfriends

Users

The Withfriends platform has three primary types of users

• Attendees - ticket buyers or people who have RSVP’d to an upcoming event on Withfriends

• Members - anyone who supports a Movement; either with a one-time payment (also referred to as Donors) or on a monthly or annual basis. There are also honorary members, who organizers can invite to the platform manually. This is often because honorary members have donated on another platform, or they are close partners of the organizer, and the organizer wants to extend member benefits to them.

• Organizers - the administrators for Movements on Withfriends; Music venues, event organizers, and other local/small businesses that are earning sustainable support from their Members and Attendees.

Find featured organizers and event on Withfriends

• Featured Events - see events coming up in the next week listed on Withfriends, and buy tickets

• Featured Organizers - see our featured organizers, and grab some of the best memberships on Withfriends

• Browse Organizers from all around the world on Withfriends, across categories like Music, Activism, Literature, Art, Comedy, Food & Drink, Health & Wellness, Outdoors, Film, Spirituality, Theater, and more

• Member Newsletter - Get featured Events and Organizers in your inbox every week, based on the values that you support, and member activity across the platform 

Organizers

Learn about the missions of hundreds of movements on Withfriends, buy tickets or RSVP to their events, and become a member

• Profile - Highlights the Mission and Values, along with any active Fundraiser

• Upcoming Events - A list of all upcoming events, with relevant member discounts

• Join - Available Membership Levels, a video about the Movement, and More

Emails

We use a variety of automated mails to assist all the various users on Withfriends

• Login Help - verify your email or reset your password

• Attendees - get your event receipts, ticket barcodes for applicable events, and learn about available memberships

• Members - info about your membership, and your weekly Member Newsletter

• Organizer - event and membership activity, testimonials from members, payout receipts, and our special Organizer Newsletter just for Withfriends organizers
