Gift memberships, membership drive extras

Hi Withfriends organizers, 

Here are some changes we made in the last week!

Gift memberships - Gift memberships have their own special button, and they can now be scheduled for delivery.  This is a great time to remind your community about the gift of a membership to your community space.

Membership drive extras - Dress up your membership drive page with stretch goals, images, videos embed, and more.  Just click Edit membership drive and fill out "Tell use more about your membership drive."

And some small fixes:

• Added a new ticket link in your dashboard on the top-right of each event

• Added 🔒Privacy indicators in your events dashboard

• Added an easy to access membership sharing checklist to your dashboard.

• Improved support for copy link buttons on iOS, like our kiosk, event links, sharing membership pages, and more.

• Payout download CSVs now display  "corrections" - manual adjustments made to any payout, to better match our online reports.

• Added support for Japan and Italy :)
