Membership Drive Template 5 - Plans for the upcoming year

We've come to the end of our templates, coinciding with the end of your membership drive, and the beginning of a new opportunity to foster those special relationships with your biggest fans.

Here are a list of questions, that when answered in short sentences and combined together, (with a little flourish) will make a paragraph that can help to make your audience realize just how important your work is in their lives.

• What were you favorite events from the last year?

• Was there one artist, memory, or audience member story that stand out?

• What did you learn about your space, audience, or series?

• What would you like to make happen in this upcoming year

• What would be able to happen if you hit 100% on your membership drive?

By answering these questions, and adding some of the content listed below, you could put together and end of the year (and decade!) appeal to help you complete your membership drive ask:

• Pictures from your favorite events

• Testimonials your audience has left you

• Pictures of merchandise you've made

• A playlist of some of your favorite artists from the past year

• Any big event you're promoting

It might take 30 minutes to compile this material, but it really goes a long way to help drive donations and memberships by conjuring that all powerful nostalgia with your year end appeal!
