Membership drive reports, member renewal letters, and more

Hi Withfriends organizers, 

Here are some changes we made in the last week!

Membership drive reports -  We revamped the membership drive reports and data exports to differentiate from one-time and annual supporters, and other improvements.  Click View Report under Membership drives to see it!

Membership renewal letters - Honorary members and gift membership recipients will get a heads up 1 week as well as  24 hours before their membership ends with a reminder of their benefits and instructions on how to continue supporting you.

Membership ending letters - Canceled members get a reminder the day before their member benefits ends that their benefits will soon expire, and that it's easy to reactivate or downgrade instead with a single click.

Chargeback followups - In rare cases, members or ticketbuyers dispute a payment with their bank.  We automatically followup with them as soon as this happens to fix the issue and recover the payment for you.

Other fixes:

• Fixed a timezone issue with membership drive end dates 

• If members have canceled, we'll highlight their last day in red in your member management dashboard.

• Fixed a bug where the membership drive report export overcounted our fees in rare cases

• Moved our membership drive language from "Donors" to "Supporters" to be cnsistent with our overall perspective.
