When do I receive my subscription box?
Check the status of your subscription box shipments and track their delivery
Based on the subscription frequency settings of the business you are a member of, Withfriends generates a shipment date. The order is then sent to the business to fulfill.
To check your status, first follow these instructions to visit your dashboard:
Sign into your membership dashboard
You'll see your upcoming shipment dates listed in your dashboard.
When a business fulfills your order, you'll get a notification that your subscription box is on its way.
In most cases, your notification will include a tracking number. You'll see have a Track your shipment link under Past Shipments in your dashboard as well.
About shipment dates
Many businesses create special merchandise just for their members, so it can take 3 - 4 weeks after the shipment date before you get a notification that your box is on its way.
If you don't receive a notification 3 weeks after the shipment date listed in your dashboard, send a note to support@withfriends.co.
