For all ticket support, please provide the event name, business name, ticket buyer name, and ticket buyer email address, so that we can help you most quickly.
I just bought a ticket, but I can't find my receipt.
If you haven't seen you the receipt in your inbox, it may have been caught in your spam filter. Please try searching from:withfriends in your inbox.
If the helps you find them, please mark the mail as "Not Spam" in your email software? That will help you and other people find tickets faster next time.
If you still can't find your tickets, you may have misspelled your email, or you may have registered under a different email. If misspelled, you'll need to contact support@withfriends.co for us to correct your email.
If you've already tried that and still can't find your ticket receipt, email support@withfriends.co to request that we resend the ticket for you.
Ticket management policies
Withfriends manages events for hundreds of businesses, and all of them have different refund policies.
If you're not already familiar with the organization's policies for refunds, date/time adjustments, or ticket transfers to other people, contact them directly and ask about approval. When/if they approve the change, forward the approval to support@withfriends.co.
If you're not sure how to contact the organization, look up their social media accounts or website and contact them via those methods. They should be listed on the About page on their Withfriends profile, which you can search for here: https://withfriends.co/discover
I need to get a refund for a ticket I've bought.
You will receive a confirmation from support@withfriends.co when your refund has been processed. Once processed, the money will be returned to your credit card, debit card, or bank account in the next 5-10 business days.
I'd like to adjust my ticket to a different day or time.
Once processed, you will receive a new ticket receipt for your update date or time.
I'd like to transfer my ticket to a different person.
If permitted by the event's organization, forward your tickets to your guest, or have them register under your name when they show up.
If the event requires the new ticket holder's name, please send the name and email of the new ticket holder, along with the current email address associated with the ticket and we can transfer it into their name. Once processed, they will receive their own ticket receipt.
