To uninstall Withfriends from your Shopify shop, please follow these steps in this order.

Step 1: Cancel memberships

• Visit the Withfriends app on your Shopify Store

• Navigate to Your Members using the drop-down menu

• Click Export Members to save your data

• Now use the tier dropdown to navigate to each one of your member tiers

• Then for each active member, click the X button on the right to cancel the membership.

Step 2: Uninstall app

• Visit the App section of your Shopify store

• Click Delete

• Leave us feedback
