Workaround for ShopPay users

How to keep your subscription in good standing despite login issues with ShopPay

If you're having trouble with ShopPay, don't worry! We've reported the issue to Shopify and we hope they will fix it soon. In the meantime, you can keep your subscription in good standing by following these steps:

1. Sign into ShopPay directly by visiting this page: https://shop.app/pay/authentication/login

2. If there's a Logout button, click it, then visit the link again.

3. Enter the email address that you used to purchase your subscription.

4. Authenticate your verification code via SMS or email.

5. You should now be able to access ShopPay. Yay!

Next, you have two options for updating your payment method:

Option 1: Use the email link.

1. Find the email with the link to update your payment, for example by searching for "Update your payment method" in your email.

2. If you can't find it, follow these instructions to generate a new email: How to update my payment method.

3. Since you've already logged in, the link will bring you to the payment update page.

4. Enter your new payment information, or click the menu icon, then the edit icon to update your billing address:

5. Click Update to save your changes.

Option 2: Use the ShopPay dashboard.

1. Find your subscription on the ShopPay dashboard and click the > arrow.

2. Click Edit payment method.

3. Enter your new payment information, or click the menu icon, then the edit icon to update your billing address.

4. Click Update to save your changes.
