Understanding what happens when your account is in bad standing for payments issues
Hello! Here's how our failed payment recovery process works:
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll mark your subscription as "bad standing".
We'll try to charge again every 4 days for the next 20 days. You'll get a notice to update your payment information on each failed charge.
When it's time to ship your order, we will not send anything if your account is in bad standing.
When you update your payment information successfully, we'll immediately send the shipment that we previously held back due to your account being in bad standing.
If we still can't charge succesfully after 20 days, we'll close your membership.
